Power snot indicative of working. The remote is used, I powered it up and pressing the buttons made LED light. These are vintage NOS Plug 'n Power Remote Controlled Radio Shack Wall Switch 61-2683A Dimmer 61-2682, with a used remote control 61-2677A. However, the Bright button did not cause LED to light up.
